Michelle Lowry Ph.D. CCC-SLP, TSSLD received her bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore.
Michelle Lowry Ph.D. CCC-SLP, TSSLD received her bachelor’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland, her master’s degree from Seton Hall University, and her Ph.D. from the Department of Interprofessional Health Sciences and Health Administration with a concentration in Leadership at Seton Hall University.
Dr. Lowry is a certified Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist in New York and New Jersey for over 10 years. Dr. Lowry owned her own private practice, Speech4parents, where she focused on providing speech and language services and evaluations to children with a parent education-based approach to therapy, as well as providing consultation services to schools and healthcare facilities to create internal Speech Therapy Departments.
Dr. Lowry’s research interests include parent education, cultural competence, diversity and inclusion, multicultural issues, underserved populations, literacy, and language development in bilingual and monolingual populations. Dr. Lowry is excited to share her leadership, business, clinical, and research expertise as the Chief Operating Officer at Paradigm Rehabilitation.
Jose Alvarez is the Director of Operations and leads the Intake team at Paradigm Rehab, where he has been a valuable member for over two years. In his role, Jose oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. He is responsible for managing authorizations and insurance processes, as well as coordinating referrals for the intake team.
A key part of his role is to ensure that all necessary information is gathered for proper compliance, supporting both patients and staff in the rehabilitation journey. With a commitment to providing exceptional service, Jose plays a crucial role in streamlining processes and enhancing the overall patient experience.
Vanessa Callahan serves as the Director of Strategic Growth at Paradigm Rehab. She brings a strategic, relationship-driven approach to expanding access to high-quality in-home occupational, physical, and speech therapy services throughout the tristate area.
With a strong focus on partnership development, referral growth, and community outreach, Vanessa works closely with healthcare providers, facilities, and community organizations to build meaningful collaborations that enhance patient care. Her commitment to service excellence, seamless coordination, and long-term relationship building helps drive Paradigm’s continued growth while ensuring families and patients receive timely, compassionate support.
